Client wanted to move from Rackspace to Cloud and invited BTree to provide consulting services in selecting the right cloud solution provider with zero disruption to delivery and a cost-effective solution. We performed a detailed cloud assessment for the client and recommended AWS as the cloud provider to achieve client's desired outcomes.

Our client was not able to deliver new functionality to business within short period of time using their manual deployment. We developed a framework for AWS Agile delivery which provided smaller & more frequent software releases, amplified feedback loops and continuous improvements. We developed a training kit which helped significantly for the team members to adopt to the new agile based AWS delivery framework.

With various 3^rd party products with no cloud compatibility, client had to spend multi-million dollars on managing this legacy 3^rd party product eco-system. BTree developed a scalable AWS architecture for the client and designed migration roadmap for a smooth transition from 3^rd party vendors to AWS. Leveraged AWS services to design robust architecture.
